So, I finally perfected my protein mug cake! I am so proud, and my stomach is so happy :-) This pumpkin mug cake was moist with just the right amount of sweetness. And those toppings were the perfect addition. Plain Greek yogurt mixed with cottage cheese and white chocolate sugar free jello mix tasted just like cream cheese frosting! The texture was similar too. Wow. It was all topped with mini marshmallows, Reese’s Puffs cereal, and dry roasted lightly salted pep it’s. I smeared 2 tablespoons of PB2 on top of the cake and drizzled it all with sugar free Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup. Prefecto! (at Santa Clarita)

Breakfast burrito in an Ole High Fiber Tortilla. Not bad for a healthy tortilla: 0 fat, 9g fiber, 5g protein. It is more durable than the Flat Out Wrap too. Yum :-) (at Santa Clarita)

Pumpkin Protein Shake Part 2: This time I used vanilla protein and nutmeg and cinnamon spice along with a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. So much better than my chocolate version. My second attempt at a FlatOut Bread Tuna Melt. It exploded again! I cut the tuna in half and added an extra slice if cheese, but it still ripped. Hmmmmmm. Maybe these aren’t made for something so deliciously messy? It was tasty either way, even though I had to eat it with a fork! (at Santa Clarita)

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Oatmeal for breakfast: Kashi Vanilla Oats, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Pure Pumpkin Purée, Fat Free Cream Cheese, Hershey’s Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Chips, Cottage Cheese, topped with Cinnamon, Nutmeg, PB2, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Toffee Nut Stevia Drops, and Marshmallow Minis. So, this just happened, and yes, I ate the whole thing! It was totally worth it too :-P Chocolate pecan pie with espresso ice cream on top. Damn. If I was going to have a cheat dessert, might as well go big. Yup. So rich, just the way I like it :-) Sigh. I’m going to sleep happy tonight. On a side note, I plan on running an extra mile every day this week to balance it out-haha. Luckily, I also enjoy running :-) (at Arroyo Chop House)
