My dinner for the night to finish off my second full day if perfect macros. Yum! I could really get used to this diet. Counting the macros is also getting easier-thank goodness! This flexbowl consisted of plain Greek yogurt mixed with some pb2, topped with some Reese’s Puffs & Cookies and Cream Cereal, a chipped up Protein Caramel Fiber One bar, some more pb2, Jiff Whips s’mores, and some zero calorie Walden Farms caramel and chocolate sauce. I am definitely going to sleep good tonight! And to think, all of this is part of my diet. Ha! (at Santa Clarita)

It is so good, and I created it by mistake while trying to get my macros right: 1 carton of 100 calorie chocolate muscle milk, one packet of Kashi Go Lean oatmeal (honey and cinnamon), 1.25 tbs PB2 3.5 ounces Open Nature plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 a frozen banana, and some ice. 400 calories of awesome with lots of protein and fiber! I upped my calories on the crazy parfait bowl in prep for me wanting to start the flex diet. I am always way under 1200 calories when I count calories, and I don’t want my body to go into shock when I bring it up to my macro goals, so I’m easing into it. I also tried a new vita top, which is my fave so far! I love all the chocolate chips! This bowl wasn’t my usual “all healthy” ingredient mix. I had some fun and added some of my favorite cereals: Recess Puffs, Chocolate Krave, and a cut up Protein Fiber One Bar. I feel good that everything in this bowl still had vitamins and not just empty calories :-) (at Santa Clarita)
